Prior to actual use, customer shall test and determine suitability of Keith Austin, Incorporated videotape for intended use and shall notify seller of any claim of defective product within 30 days of receipt of shipment by customer. Seller's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product proved to be defective or not to meet Technical Specifications. Seller shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of, or inability to use this product. Do not return unusable product without prior authorization.
